- A scenario exports only where OKShip actually drove the browser through it. When a scenario is judged from the page as it first loads, nothing was executed, and that scenario is refused by name rather than exported as steps that never ran.
- White-labelling removes OKShip's footer and call-to-action from the proof-link page. The report itself still ends with a “Sent with OKShip” line.
- Owner-only: workspaces, bringing your own Anthropic key, the Slack integration and AI scenario suggestions — editors and viewers can't use them.
- Paid plans use your key above their hosted allowance. Any plan may set one, but on free it buys no extra runs — the free allowance is a lifetime total with no hosted split.
- On free, the watermark and Upgrade button also appear on the public proof link and the public report page, so anyone you send a report to sees them.
- Starter and Builder refuse runs above the hosted allowance without your own key, until your cycle resets. Studio continues with or without a key, up to the monthly total.
Questions
What counts as an execution?
One scenario evaluated in one run. A run over five scenarios uses five executions.
Does the free allowance renew?
No. Free is 2 runs and 6 executions for the lifetime of the account, not per month. There is no cycle for it to reset with, and your own Anthropic key does not extend it, so running again means moving to a paid plan.
What happens when I run out?
The run is refused before it starts, so it uses none of your allowance. On a paid plan the allowance resets when your billing cycle rolls over, so waiting is a real option. Between the hosted allowance and the plan total, Starter and Builder need your own Anthropic key, and adding one lets those runs go ahead without changing plan. Studio continues either way, up to its total. Above the plan total no key helps, and the next cycle is what clears it. Free is the exception: it is a lifetime allowance with no cycle, so it never resets.
What does bringing my own key change?
Each paid plan includes a hosted allowance that runs on our Anthropic key. Above it, Starter and Builder need your own key, and refuse the run without one until the cycle resets. Studio continues either way, up to its monthly total. On free, a key adds no runs, because the allowance is a lifetime total with no hosted split. You can still set one there, and your runs then call Anthropic on your own account.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Choose Annual above to see the per-month equivalent, then choose Annual again in the upgrade dialog from your dashboard. Annual is charged once for twelve months at 20% off the monthly rate.
Which runs can I export as a Playwright script?
The scenarios OKShip actually drove the browser through. Where a scenario was judged from the page as it first loaded, no steps were executed, and the export refuses that scenario by name rather than emitting a test for steps that never ran. A run with a mix of both exports the executed scenarios and names the rest.
Do plans limit how many people I can invite?
No — seats are not what the price buys here. Invite owners, editors and viewers, and group apps into workspaces, on every plan, including free.
How does cancelling work?
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan runs to the end of the current period, and we don't refund partial periods. Section 11 of our Terms has the full billing terms, including how to reach us about a refund. You can cancel any time from your dashboard settings, under Plan.
